Makes ordering easy, I can usually just walk in and just pick up my order. Sometimes the store is out of something specific, but that's my only complaint.

I like the app because there are money-saving deals available that you wouldn't know about outside the app. But beyond the marketing, I think the app is easy to use. It's even possible to add value to your DD card if it's low, even if you've already started an order.
Love their lattes
This app always crashes, has trouble loading payment, sometimes does not apply the offers that are advertised, etc. Its full of bugs and makes me less inclined to go to Dunkin.
Wish I could adjust flavor shots for iced to more than 4 and that lemons or lemon juice or crystals would be added back.
